GET TO KNOW YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Oana Panea MD, FAAFP, CAQSM
Hello and Welcome to my virtual Urgent Care clinic!
I am Dr. Oana Panea, family physician, sports medicine trained with 18 years of experience. I started my career in the academic world and served as a college team doc for several years. For the past ten years, I have been practicing Urgent Care as part of the same academic medical center where I started.
I love fixing problems, the fast-paced practice, not knowing what the day will bring. It has been rewarding to teach family medicine residents, medical students, physician assistant students, and nurse practitioner students creating a space to learn apply, and practice medicine. Telemedicine has also been part of my practice for the past four years. We are a match capable of offering care and support in time of need, safe, and now.
Why create a virtual clinic? Access and affordability to medical care have been changing for a while, but not in a positive way for patients. Therefore, I am here should you need my attention, care, advice, and guidance.
I see you, and I hear you!
